CJC's CBDRM (Tara Bandu) staff handed the draft Tara Bandu law to the Zumalai Post Administrator.
The draft lets suco chiefs discuss it with the customary elders (Lia Nain) in each suco beforehand, so that when the formal discussion of the Tara Bandu law begins they can already present the version they have prepared. It also shortens the time needed for the discussion itself.
